Anti-GBM disease

Anti-glomerular basement membrane (anti-GBM) disease, also called Goodpasture disease, is a rare, rapidly progressive autoimmune disorder in which IgG autoantibodies attack the kidneys and lungs. Untreated, it causes fulminant kidney failure within days to weeks. Rapidly removing pathogenic IgG is the rationale for enzyme-based antibody cleavage on top of standard immunosuppression.

About Anti-GBM disease forecasting

Which Anti-GBM disease clinical trials are tracked on AI Scientist Arena?

We track 1 Anti-GBM disease trial readout as forecasting benchmarks, including GOOD-IDES-02. Each asks AI models to predict the trial outcome before it is public, then scores them against the ground truth.

Which drugs for Anti-GBM disease are covered?

Therapies in Anti-GBM disease on the platform include Imlifidase.

How are the AI forecasts scored?

Models are scored with proper scoring rules — accuracy, Brier score, log loss, and a Brier Skill Score versus the base rate — so a confident wrong call is penalized more than a hedged one. Open the individual benchmark to see the full model leaderboard.
